About this pool

The old split - product manager, engineer, designer, QA - is collapsing into one seat, and we are hiring for the seat it collapsed into. You take a problem from conversation to production: decide what to build, build it, make it look right, and make sure it actually works. AI carries the volume; you carry the judgement.

What You'd Own

• Ship features end to end: schema, backend, UI, and the copy on the button
• Decide what to build next by reading real data, not by waiting for a ticket
• Use AI as a teammate - draft, review, test - then own the result either way
• Keep what you ship alive: watch it, fix it, and delete it when it stops earning

What We Look For

• You have shipped something real to real users, and can walk us through it
• Comfortable across the stack - we run PHP, MySQL, Tailwind, vanilla JS, but the language is not the point
• Taste: you can tell a clear screen from a busy one, and you care about the difference
• You already work with AI every day and know exactly where it lies to you
